He currently serves as an Advisor to RLVT Elevators Private Limited, supporting the organisation on strategic, operational and risk-related matters, in addition to providing business advisory and risk consulting services to multiple organisations.
Widely regarded as one of the successful entrepreneurs in Risk Consulting in the Eastern parts of the country, he is known for his practical approach, integrity and ability to deliver actionable insights that protect business value.
He is a Commerce graduate from Utkal University and holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Applications (PGDCA).

He actively advises start-ups such as Pharos Softtech Private Limited on business model design, go-to-market strategy, technology enablement and growth governance, and has worked extensively with government departments and reputed cooperative societies across Odisha and Jharkhand on modernisation and digitisation.
For over 4 years he has advised institutions on sustainability, public health nutrition, CSR and community development, currently with A4Conserve and Spirulina Foundation, supporting government-linked projects, municipal bodies, NGOs and CSR partners across Odisha and Tamil Nadu.
Early international work exposure sharpened his entrepreneurial mindset and global perspective, laying the foundation for his long-term success as a business leader and advisor.

Around 25 years of diverse experience in People Management and People / Consumer Risk Management within BFSI. He lastly served as HR Head, Support Services at YES Bank, leading Employee Relations, HR Compliance and POSH, HR Data, Analytics and Technology, DEI, HR Operations, and HR Risk, Controls and Governance for around 14 years.

He led and governed an off-roll workforce of around 9,000 support staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, cost discipline, vendor governance and service continuity across geographies. Since July 2024 he has spearheaded the Bank’s DEI agenda, driving measurable growth in women’s workforce participation, alongside AI-led projects, enterprise HR digitisation, predictive attrition models and a risk-based quality framework.
He has held leadership roles in HR, Fraud Risk, Consumer Risk and People Risk Management across YES Bank, Karvy Financial Services, Fullerton India Credit Company (now SMFG India), HDFC Bank and ICICI Bank, spanning both strategic policy and operational risk leadership.
An alumnus of the Executive Programme in Strategic Human Resource Management from IIM Calcutta, with a post-graduate degree in Finance & Control and certifications including CAIIB-HRM, SHRM-SCP and CHRD™. He is also a Certified Fraud Examiner, Six Sigma Black Belt Professional and Certified Forensic Accounting Professional.
